Wild UP Honey

We make our mead with wild UP honey from Grand Bee's apiary in L'Anse. We generally produce a quick-fermented, session mead that is light and easy to sip, generally 4 to 7% abv. Our honey is never heated, always raw, and absent of any additives or preservatives. Like our kombucha, our mead is flavored with seasonally-sourced, organic produce. Find our session mead in the taproom, available year-round.


Michigan Apples

All of our cider is made from Michigan apples, sourced directly from the farm. Never pasteurized with no sulfite additions, we embrace the wild yeasts found on the fruit to assist our fermentation and deepen the flavors. Our cider is generally finished tart and dry, without any added sugars. We utilize other local fruits, hops, and spices in flavoring cider as well. In the Winter months, try our Hygge Hot Cider- mulled with cinnamon, cardamom, clove, and other spices- only in the taproom!

Specialty Seltzer

Organic cane sugar, hand pressed juice

Our specialty seltzers are all fermented using organic cane sugar. We have a few staples with a year-round place on our taps, including an organic Ginger Beer- made with hand-pressed ginger and lime juice. Our Raspberry Seltzer is made with all locally grown or harvested sweet raspberries, similar to some of our other fruity seltzers. We also produce seasonal one-offs, such as our Cranberry or Blueberry Mojito Ginger Beer's!


UP Malted Barley

All of our beer is brewed using a base of locally grown and malted 2-row barley from UP Malt Co. We like to incorporate heavy additions of organic seasonal produce and fresh UP sourced hops when available. We offer several variations of beer soured with kombucha and are committed to experimenting with the unconventional.
